Role ObjectiveThe purpose of this role is to Assist in design, demonstrate, development, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM modules according to the business requirements. Oracle Fusion Cloud_ HCM Functional Write business requirement documents and other functional related documentations. Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions. – Working with client to deliver the Cloud HCM Solution. Being both an advisor but also a visionary in the delivery of the HCM Cloud Solution.- Presenting both the benefits, but also the change management required to fully realize the capability of the solution.- Overall, 8 to 15 years of experience as HCM consultant in the Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation Project.- Candidate must have a minimum of two to three end-to-end project implementation experiences.- Candidate must be a subject matter expert on HCM modules such as Core HR (Absence Management, Securities Management, ESS, MSS), Workforce
