This position is a Functional Role with hands on Project Management and its required tools with a very good communication skills.

Skills: Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, Agile/ Waterfall

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the project goals and deliverables.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and other stakeholders, to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery. Develop mitigation strategies and take corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure that projects are completed within the allocated budget. Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Timeline Management: Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met. Adjust project plans as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and any issues that arise. Ensure that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and that the project is completed to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and other relevant documents.

Experience : 4+ Years (Relevant Experience as Project Manager)
