Job description

Below are the key requirements for this role:

  • 10+ years of experience working as Business Consultant/Trainer/Technical Writer
  • Understand applications and prepare documents, Workflows, Presentations, user manuals, training materials [mix audio with recording]
  • Excellent communication, training skills
  • Working with Business & Senior management and other stakeholders
  • Work independently and make decisions
  • Experience in large scale modernization initiatives is a plus
  • Ready to work with multi-vendor teams from distributed locations

Soft Skills: Good communication skills

Good to Have skills:

  • Awareness of AvePoint,
  • Awareness SharePoint/ Azure and Microsoft Office 365 technologies

Notice period : Immediate to below 30 days
