Job description
Below are the key requirements for this role:
- 10+ years of experience working as Business Consultant/Trainer/Technical Writer
- Understand applications and prepare documents, Workflows, Presentations, user manuals, training materials [mix audio with recording]
- Excellent communication, training skills
- Working with Business & Senior management and other stakeholders
- Work independently and make decisions
- Experience in large scale modernization initiatives is a plus
- Ready to work with multi-vendor teams from distributed locations
Soft Skills: Good communication skills
Good to Have skills:
- Awareness of AvePoint,
- Awareness SharePoint/ Azure and Microsoft Office 365 technologies
Notice period : Immediate to below 30 days
